Holy City Pilgrimage & Tour Agency
I built the Holy City Pilgrimage website from scratch as part of the EJTDP support program, combining UX design, content support, service structure, and digital presentation for a Jerusalem-based pilgrimage tour agency.
Holy City Pilgrimage & Tour Agency is a Jerusalem-based company specializing in tailor-made Christian pilgrimages and faith-based travel experiences in the Holy Land.
As part of the East Jerusalem Tourism Development Program, I built the agency’s website from scratch, including UX design, content support, service structure, and the digital presentation of its pilgrimage offer. The work focused on making the agency easier to understand and contact for pilgrims, group leaders, and travel agents looking for locally grounded Holy Land travel services.
The website organized the agency’s services into clear pathways, including Catholic pilgrimages, Evangelical pilgrimages, Jordan extensions, special tours, group leader support, practical travel information, gallery content, and direct inquiry routes.
This project reflects my work in tourism digitalization: helping local tourism businesses translate their identity, services, and market needs into a practical digital platform that improves visibility, credibility, and client communication.
