MOUNT41 was developed as part of a public-private partnership with Jericho Municipality to attract independent traveler traffic into Jericho’s city center. The project was designed as more than an accommodation space: it was a visitor hub combining hostel beds, common areas, meals, local products, tourist information, and access to experiences.
My role covered the design of the venue, operations, marketing, branding, website, and supporting digital infrastructure. The concept included 18 hostel beds, shared guest spaces, a common area, meals, a gift shop, tourist information, and experience-related services that could connect independent travelers with the city and its surroundings.
The project required translating a tourism development objective into a practical hospitality product: one that could serve visitors, activate a city-center location, and create a recognizable brand for independent travel in Jericho.
MOUNT41 reflects my integrated approach to tourism development, where physical space, operations, digital presence, marketing, and visitor experience are designed together rather than treated as separate pieces.
