Trovoyo is an interactive city-games platform for walking experiences: games and routes designed for cities, groups, institutions, and visitors. The public Arabic website presents Trovoyo as the home for walkable city experiences, while each published game keeps its own name, route, content, and operating status.

I designed and developed the platform from scratch, including the public RTL website, the published-games interface, the game request/contact flow, and the mobile-first player experience. The platform currently exposes published games such as Nazarex and JAW 2026, with game cards showing availability, route/team counts, stop counts, and direct entry into each game.

Platform concept

The core idea was to turn a city, neighborhood, or heritage route into a playable field experience. Instead of presenting tourism content as a passive page, Trovoyo structures it as teams, routes, stops, clues, maps, photos, hints, location confirmation, and scoring. This makes the city experience easier to operate for organizers and more engaging for participants.

Design and development scope

  • Arabic-first RTL public website for the Trovoyo platform.
  • Published-games listing powered by game status and metadata.
  • Conditional request/contact form for general collaboration or specific game operation.
  • Mobile-first game player interface for teams, scoring, time, clues, and map-based progression.
  • Reusable platform structure where each game can have its own identity, route, stops, media, and operating mode.
  • Admin-managed workflow for publishing games, managing routes, locations, media, test/demo modes, and homepage visibility.

Why it matters

Trovoyo extends the tourism digitalization work into a more playful and participatory format. It is not only a website, but a digital infrastructure for running city experiences: a way to connect local stories, physical routes, visitor groups, and operational tools inside one platform.

The project fits naturally within community-based tourism, destination activation, cultural routes, youth/group activities, and digital visitor experiences. It gives organizers a practical way to publish and operate experiences while keeping the user journey simple for participants.
