Holy City Pilgrimage & Tour Agency is a Jerusalem-based company specializing in tailor-made Christian pilgrimages and faith-based travel experiences in the Holy Land. I built the agency’s website from scratch as part of the East Jerusalem Tourism Development Program digitalization support.
The work combined UX design, content support, service structure, and the digital presentation of the agency’s pilgrimage offer. The goal was to make the company easier to understand and contact for pilgrims, group leaders, travel agents, and partners looking for locally grounded Holy Land travel services.
The website organized the agency’s services into clear visitor pathways, including Catholic pilgrimages, Evangelical pilgrimages, Jordan extensions, special tours, group leader support, travel information, gallery content, and direct inquiry routes.
My role included shaping the website structure, supporting the content, designing the user journey, and building the public-facing platform so the agency could present its services with more clarity, credibility, and accessibility.
This case reflects my work in tourism digitalization for small and medium tourism businesses: helping operators translate their identity, services, audiences, and market needs into practical websites that support visibility, trust, and client communication.
