I developed MOUNT41 as a city-center hostel and visitor hub in Jericho through a public-private partnership with Jericho Municipality. The project was designed to attract independent travelers into Jericho’s city center and create a practical base for exploring the city, local services, and nearby experiences.

My role connected physical venue design, hospitality operations, brand development, website development, booking infrastructure, marketing, and visitor services. The concept included 18 hostel beds, shared guest spaces, a common area, meals, a gift shop, tourist information, and experience-related services that could connect independent travelers with Jericho and its surroundings.

The central challenge was turning a municipal tourism-development goal into a working hospitality and destination-marketing asset. MOUNT41 needed to function as an accommodation business, a visitor information point, a local product space, and a recognizable independent-travel brand for the city center.

The work covered both the physical and digital sides of the visitor experience: how guests arrive, book, sleep, eat, ask questions, discover experiences, and understand Jericho as more than a short stop on an itinerary.

MOUNT41 reflects my integrated approach to tourism development: designing hospitality systems, operations, digital presence, marketing, and visitor experience together so a tourism concept can become a usable, bookable, and recognizable place.
